Tecnotree, a global leader in AI-native Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) and digital platform solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, delivering double-digit profit growth and accelerated deployment momentum.
Financial Highlights
Net sales for the first half of 2026 were EUR 36.8 million, up 7.5% year-on-year, and EUR 37.6 million in constant currency, up 10.0% year-on-year. The operating result was EUR 13.2 million, a 38.1% increase from the same period last year.
The operating margin expanded by 800 basis points to 36.0%, and the net result was EUR 4.5 million, up 73.5% year-on-year. The net income margin was 12.0%, and the company reported a positive free cash flow of EUR 2.1 million.
Key Achievements
Tecnotree completed eight production deployments in the first half of 2026, converting its order book into live operations. These deployments included a Tier 1 North American operator, a Middle East national operator, and six deployments in Africa.

The company also added new customers across Latin America and Africa, deploying its AI-native digital B2B2X BSS, and Moments AI native real-time marketing and B2B marketplace platforms. Additionally, Tecnotree secured DevOps engagements across three operating companies of a leading pan-African operator group and one key Tier 1 customer in the Middle East.
Tecnotree’s platform was recognized across five Gartner Hype Cycle reports through July 2026, reinforcing its relevance across critical CSP capabilities. The company also received nine analyst and industry recognitions, including the CX Catalyst Winner for Impact at The Fast Mode Awards.
Product Innovation
Tecnotree continued to enrich its platform with AI-native capabilities across Tecnotree Moments, Sensa, and BSS Suite 5.0. The company advanced real-time decisioning, agentic orchestration, and GenAI-driven customer engagement, alongside explainable AI governance for regulated telecom markets.
CEO Padma Ravichander stated that the company’s H1 2026 results demonstrate that disciplined execution and AI-native innovation can grow together. He added that the balance of the company’s performance, including new logos in Latin America and Africa, deeper DevOps partnerships, and MVNX expansion, gives him confidence in the company’s future prospects.
